Week 1

You walk into the gym. You meet your coaches and your team. You set your goals. You start to understand why you said yes and you get your first taste of what’s coming. Most people leave their first session already different.
Week 2-4
Building The Foundation
Boxing fundamentals. Fitness. Discipline. The weight starts shifting. The skills start clicking. You begin to move like someone who knows what they’re doing and that changes how you feel about yourself.
Week 5-7
Fight Preparation
Now you train like a fighter. The conditioning sharpens. The mental preparation begins. The excitement builds.
Week 8
Fight Night
The lights go up. The music starts. Your family and friends are in the crowd. You hear your name. You walk through the ropes. And you understand exactly why you said yes to this eight weeks ago. This is the night that stays with you.

Your wellbeing is the foundation everything else is built on. Every participant is individually assessed before being matched for competition.
3 × 1.5 Minute Rounds
Short, controlled rounds designed specifically for white collar participants. Enough to test yourself. Safe enough to do it properly.
16oz Boxing Gloves
Larger and heavier than standard competition gloves — used specifically because they offer significantly more protection for both participants.
Medical Screening
Every fighter wears a full headguard. No exceptions. This is one of the key distinctions between white collar boxing and professional competition. There will also be a medical screening before and after each event.
Careful Matchmaking
Weight, ability and experience are all considered. You will never be mismatched. Our coaches assess every pairing personally.
Competent Licensed Referees
Every bout is officiated by a trained, experienced referee who controls the action at all times. If a fight needs to be stopped, it gets stopped.
Event Medical Cover
Qualified medical professionals are present at every fight night event. Non-negotiable.
