Effective Date: 1 July 2026
These Participant Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every individual accepted onto a World White Collar Boxing Series Ltd (“WWCBS”) training programme or boxing event.
By accepting a place on a WWCBS programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About WWCBS
World White Collar Boxing Series Ltd organises structured boxing training programmes culminating in professionally managed white collar boxing events.
Participant safety, fairness, professionalism and enjoyment are at the heart of every programme we deliver.

- Complete the WWCBS application process.
- Complete all required medical documentation.
- Complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).
- Provide accurate personal and medical information.
- Be accepted onto the programme by WWCBS.
Acceptance onto a programme does not guarantee that you will ultimately compete. WWCBS reserves the right to withdraw or refuse participation where it believes doing so is necessary for safety, medical or operational reasons.
3. Honesty During Your Application
Participant safety depends upon the accuracy of the information you provide.
You agree that all information supplied to WWCBS will be truthful, complete and accurate.

You must also disclose any previous experience in combat sports.

4. Medical Fitness
Every participant accepts personal responsibility for ensuring they are medically fit to train and compete.
WWCBS may require participants to:
- complete additional medical questionnaires;
- provide further medical information;
- obtain written medical clearance from their GP or another qualified healthcare professional;

All competitors must comply with decisions made by the appointed ringside doctor.
The decision of the ringside doctor regarding medical fitness to compete is final.

5. Training Programme
Participants are expected to attend the training programme and make a genuine commitment to preparing safely for their bout.
WWCBS provides structured coaching; however, progression depends upon each participant’s attendance, effort, attitude and willingness to follow coaching instructions.
Repeated non-attendance or behaviour that places yourself or others at risk may result in removal from the programme.
6. Fundraising and Ticket Sales
Giving back to the community forms an important part of the WWCBS experience.
Participants are expected to make a genuine effort to raise funds for the nominated charity or charitable initiative associated with their event.
Fundraising is intended to support worthwhile causes while promoting awareness of important health and community issues, including heart health where applicable.
Participants are also expected to actively promote their event and support ticket sales.
As a minimum expectation, participants should aim to sell at least 10 tickets, with a target of 20 tickets or morewherever reasonably achievable.
Ticket sales help create an exciting atmosphere and contribute towards the successful delivery of the event, including coaching, venue hire, medical provision, event production, staffing, security and other operational costs.
If a participant experiences genuine difficulty achieving these expectations, they should discuss the matter with WWCBS as early as possible.
Each situation will be considered individually.
